Fred Bell Mr. Bell is an internationally known artist and his work is impressionistic.  He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but as a young man ventured to the art colony in Provincetown, Massachusetts where he studied with Henry Hensche at the Cape School Of Art.  He studied with Hensche for six summer sessions and that approach to painting remains his most influential.  He also studied in New York City at the Art Students League and The New School.  He now paints in his studio in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
