Rained out! Couldn't go to Stage Coach Inn. Raining too hard to take pictures.
Here's some links to pictures from when we went there in the past.
Hopefully next week the weather will cooperate when we go to downtown Waukesha

West Allis is seeking artists for 2018.
Deadline for submissions is May 31st.
Project Intent:
To support and promote art and public convenience in the community and to create points of interest to help connect the Downtown and SixPoints neighborhoods. This initial call is to be the first installment of a larger 3 year plan. In the first phase of this project The West Allis BID is seeking to commission 6 painted art benches.
This art feature should:
Each artist selected will be assigned one park bench. Each artist will be supplied with basic materials, any other materials should be provided by the artist.
Selected artists will receive $100 for RFP

Eligibility:
The project is open to artists, age 18 and over, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, age, military status, sexual orientation, marital status, or physical or mental disability.

We were going to go to Indian Head Park but it was too wet, so we went to an alternative location.
See http://milwaukeesketchclub.blogspot.com/p/schedules.html page for where we might go next.
Here's some pictures from Indian Head Park. The gate to the swimming beach was closed and locked. It's a little too early for swimming.
