This is a great place to plein air paint because you can look at historic buildings in every direction when sitting on the town square. Also clean bathrooms and polite people. The first time we were there we saw a long line of regular people ride past on their bicycles. Where were they going?
Some liked it so much that we returned to it the next week while some went to Miniwaukan Park per the schedule/guide.
The second time around we got to meet the Randy Timms, Village Board
President. He is interested in having a plein air event in East Troy. Mark put him in contact with Wendy Thompson of the WIPAPA
