Hello WPA members,
I am very excited to share the following news with you!
Since
our last membership meeting, Erika Petterson of the West Bend Art
Museum has been in contact to offer the WPA a juried show this coming
January!
This will be an excellent opportunity to showcase
our group's fine work in a prestigious venue while not taxing other
efforts to prepare work for the upcoming spring show. This is because:
you can show pieces which have been exhibited elsewhere (not previously
at MOWA) , pieces which are NFS, and work made during the three year
span of 2011, 2012, and 2013.
Additionally, they are interested in members who
might like to teach a workshop during the course of the exhibit-so if
that is of interest to you, I would be very happy to forward your
contact info to MOWA's Director of Education.
Please look over the attached prospectus, note the specific directions and the deadline for submitting digital images.
Finally,
if there is anyone in our membership I have missed with this emailing,
please forward a copy to them or let me know (I really tried to be sure I
was emailing everyone).
