ART MKE Displays Sydney HIH Letters in Skywalk On January 18th, ART Milwaukee and the Creative Arts Council installed the previously rescued and restored Sydney HIH letters in a section of the Skywalk downtown. Check them out now over Plankinton Avenue. Make a special trip down to view them at night- the installation features lighting, too! 	Art Jamboree This Friday! Friday, January 25 7:00 - 11:00pm Loyalty Building @ Historic Hilton Garden Inn The first Art Jamboree of 2013 is here! Featuring: an act by Youngblood Theater Company, dance performances by both Danceworks and The Milwaukee Ballet, 4 live painters, galleries from 10 local artists... and that's just the beginning. 	InterACT Friday, February 8th 7:00 - 10:00pm InterACT: a unique, one-night event utilizing professional and independent theatre companies alike will take place in the Plankinton Arcade building of the Shops Of Grand Ave. Audiences will be invited to see, interact, and immerse themselves while each theatre company performs a different one-act play from ALL IN THE TIMING by David Ives. A restored Mr. John Plankinton Statue and new fountain will also be on display to all attendees. For one week only tickets are 2 for $15. Tickets sell fast - get yours!

Volunteer Opportunity

Memories in the Making, the art program of the Alzheimer's Association, gives individuals with Alzheimer's an opportunity to communicate through the creative process of painting watercolor. The paintings and the stories from this program give us a window into the rich lives of our artists, and serve as a tool for reconnecting with families. The Alzheimer's Association is always seeking artists who wish to volunteer their time to facilitate these painting sessions. All training, supplies and support are provided.
