WIPAPA: Menomonee Falls August 19th Opportunity

need to know if any of you would like to do this. WIPAPA can cover the
fee. I do not think I can be there so someone else would need to bring
tent etc... please e-mail me if you wish to participate! Wendie
The Art Guild of Menomonee Falls would like to have some plein air painters to join us on August 19th a Sunday from 10:00 to 4:00 for Art in the Park.
What we would need is a $36.00 Group fee to reserve an area that you
might want to have a tent to be the home base for the group. You would
be able to promote your group, have WIPAPA information available and
paintings for sale. In addition it would be great if we could get some
of your members to paint in the park with us. The painters could
scatter about anywhere except paid spaces and also have work for sale as
well as work in progress. There are restrooms available and runners
who can watch your stuff if you need to leave where you are located,
also we are anticipating acceptance from food vendors.
What we would need is:
A check for $36.00
Names of participating painters and their media for the list of artists that is handed out to all people who attend.

Location of Event: Mill Pond Park, along the river in historic downtown
Menomonee Falls, WI (Main Street at the falls just East of Associated
Bank.
Times of Event:
7:30 am – 8:30 am Committee Set Up (Mill Pond Pavilion)
8:30 – 9:45 am Artist Check In (Mill Pond Pavilion) then begin to set up your station/area
8:30 - 4:00 pm Volunteer Check In at the Guild Information Station (Mill Pond Pavilion)
10:00 – 4:00 pm Art in the Park Event
4:00 -4:15pm Artist Check Out (Mill Pond Pavilion)
4:00 – 5:00 pm Committee Clean Up
4:00 - 5:00 pm Artist Cleanup/Tear down
