July 27th 9pm-12:30am 2nd Annual Urban Island Beach Party  5,000 friends, 1 island, 1 200lb pig, 1,000lbs of fish, 1 night. live music, art, vendors, kayaking, biking, hula hooping and dangerous lawn games. August 3rd, 12-11pm
