Our Awards Juror is Ms. Margaret Dyer. Margaret has lived in Atlanta, GA, since her family moved from New York in 1960. She attended the Atlanta College of Art at the High Museum of Art and furthered her studies under painters Roman Chatov and Kate Fetterolf. A Master Pastelist with the Pastel Society of America and award-winning member of the American Impressionist Society, Margaret has made her living for over 20 years selling her work and teaching workshops.

Elizabeth Robbins (formerly Pruitt) "Still Life" Oct. 25-27 Elizabeth's elegant oil still lifes glow with light and subtle color nuances that have gained her international attention. And she's a gifted instructor too! Don't wait - this workshop is almost full!

John Seerey-Lester "Learn from the Master" Nov. 5-9 Artists of all levels will find this one of the most important workshops they've ever attended: John is internationally renowned as a painter and instructor: The focus of the class is on what YOU want and need to learn. There are specific subjects  addressed during the course of the week, but the emphasis is on individual needs.

"From Farm to Plate" at the Trout Museum of Art
Competing artists may hunt for subject matter in their kitchens, gardens, a farmer's field, the plates on their tables or inspiration acquired from the Appleton Farm Market. Poetry submissions will also be eligible. Download a complete prospectus.
