Arts Festival This Sunday at Riverside Park in Neenah 38th Annual Bergstrom-Mahler Museum Arts Festival This Sunday, 10am until 4pm Bring the whole family to Riverside Park in Neenah and spend the day   perusing the work of fine artisans and craftspeople  tasting foods from local vendors taking a chance in a raffle for unique glass experiences  tapping your toes to the music of four bands   playing with the kids at the children's tent    Thank you to our sponsors. Ricky Bernstein's Kitchen Dreams  Open Now through September 2, 2012  Bring the whole family and step into a comical world of 1950's pop culture with Ricky Bernstein's Kitchen Dreams. Using glass, aluminum and childhood memories, artist Ricky Bernstein pieces together everyday life through a caricature of social roles and cultural icons.  Bernstein's life-sized collages animate a bold, bright, somewhat surreal world, bound to bring you a good belly laugh. This exhibition is sponsored in part by a grant from the Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the state of Wisconsin and The National Endowment For The Arts. Top

Questions for the Curator Visitors often ask,  What is the most rare piece in your collection? The museum has many unique objects in its four glass collections. One such object believed to be a one-of-a-kind is this butterfly paperweight.  It is innovative and creative, using millefiori canes to create the wings of the butterfly. We believe this weight was created between 1845 and 1855 by the Clichy factory north of Paris, France. If you have a question for the curator please click here.
