Letter from our Treasurer regarding winter session starting Sept 7th at 7pm at St. Peters

Hello MSC members,

I have attached the MSC fall schedule http://milwaukeesketchclub.blogspot.com/2010/06/indoor-winter-sketching-schedule-2010.html just in case yours got misplaced since you received it in the spring. Hope all of you have had a wonderful summer. Where did it go?! With all of our beautiful weather, I hope most of you have had a chance to do some plein air painting. Thanks to Kathy who gave us plenty of opportunities to paint in various scenic areas among our gorgeous surroundings. She did a great job giving us a wide variety of subject matter.

Dues remain the same at $85.00 (payable on the first session or shortly after) which comes to less than $3.00 per session. What a bargain and wonderful opportunity with two models per session and then having either a critique or demo once a month by well know professional artists.

Notice the change of times starting with our first session. I know many of you have been requesting to have our sessions start earlier and Bob has finally been able to arrange it. We will be starting at 7:00 instead of 7:30 and ending at 9:00 instead of 9:30. Hope those hours work better for all of you.

If any member knows of anyone who would like to join our group, likes to draw or would like to improve their drawing skills please make sure to invite them. They are welcome to come and check us out and then decide if it is for them or not.
