Nuns Farm, Vernon 11/15/10

Partially sunny and a bit chilly when the clouds pass over the sun.

Miniwaukan Park, Mukwonago 11/8

It was an extraordinary warm November day. Almost 70 and sunny with a light breeze. Very little humidity. A lot of kids skipping rocks, playing frisbee golf. Very friendly.

I've been told that in summer you can access the Mukwonago River here and walk down the gravel middle all the way to the canoe launch.

Milwaukee Sketch Club at BigBay Park, White Fish Bay 11/3

This is a beautiful park. Quite windy and chilly up on the bluff so we walked down to the beach where we sheltered from the wind.

This is probably the last Wednesday morning plein air outing until spring.

Milwaukee Sketch Club at Mukwonago Canoe Launch off Holz parkway 11/1

A bit chilly but sunny and pleasant.

Next Monday we are going to Miniwaukan park. Just keep heading north over the river from the canoe launch. Make a left onto Small Farm Road (first road after you go over the river on the bridge.) Make another left at the stop sign onto McKenzie Road.
